Ok, seriously, WHO IS JUSTIN BIEBER!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I read his name about 500 million times a day and yet not one person I know has any idea who he is. Yes, I know I am not a 16 year old girl but I am usually up-to-date with this shit. Why are people camping out at night hoping to see him perform? Why are policie shutting down planned performances for safety reasons. WHO IS HE????
