The Gossip Girl star was arrested with about 2 ounces of pot in a shopping mall parkin lot in Texas. Idiot was rolling a joint when an officer waked up to the car he was in and saw the marijuana sitting on the dashboard. He will proabably get slapped with a $2000 fine and a probation thing.
